You might be able to remap some of those keys, either directly in your setup or with some little utility. Then you could put some labels on them, use them for different stuff. or not, I have always found that annoying.

New has USB; old has PS2. I have adapter and have plugged it in, and it seems to work generally; just not sure what special function keys may or may not be compatible. New has a few different/more symbols.

The old one should work fine, depending on the connector you might need a PS2<-->USB adapter. The older PS2 are the round ones, not sure new dumputers have those any more.

At first, thought I'd just use old keyboard with the new computer, but now I'm thinking the old one may not be 100% compatible with the new computer - some special features, etc. What ya think?

Or, are there little stickers available that I can put on the new keyboard keys to show the letters and symbols more boldly?
