Yeah, we’re a “nice” board. Pretty laid back and approachable. What’s bad is that because HOA and condo boards are horribly inconsistent, the legislature has gotten involved here. That means that we have to enforce by the book, by the rule, no exceptions. Conversely, if it’s not clearly specified in the community standards (covenants) we can’t deny it, unless it’s a zoning or conflict with County ordinances.
