So I changed the spin on fuel filter in my W124 today. I’m showing the old girl a little bit of love after sitting for pretty much a year. I have to start driving it back out to the old nuke plant next week. I changed the spin on fuel filter and I suddenly realize there’s no priming pump like on W123s So I tried to start it after topping off the oil and tightening everything up, ran for about three seconds and died. And then I remembered I change the fuel filter. So what’s the trick? I’ve never done this on a W124 before.
