There is a reason Harley riders don't like ricers.
Every couple of years some doctor or other gets the cotton wool out and
wants to ban motorcycling because it it is dangerous and kills riders.
Problem is one day some sort of politically correct government will listen
and start to ban two wheeling.
The vast majority of motorcyle only fatalities are young inexperienced
riders on Jap bikes, this makes for good fodder for the local rag.

I've known Harley riders not to wave at Jap bike riders (but other,
more congenial Harley riders do - even to crotch rockets!).
