I'd be pretty surprised if there were any significant differences.  As
far as I can tell, EXT_texture_array describes the same functionality
that's in DX10.  I doubt even Intel would be brave / foolish enough to
stray far from that.  In any case, it *would* be nice to have this
supported in hardware in a timely fashion.
