Title: Printing Error with newer HPs
Is anyone getting reports of a printing problem with newer HP printer possible under 98 but we are getting reports from user who have 98 or 95 installed.
The error most reported is that when they go to print the printer will continuously print the same thing over and over again. They have to abort the program to have it stop and cancel all printing. Then if they go into any other program and print it will print that over and over until they abort the printing. To fix the problem the user has to reinstall his print drivers.
I have had this same report from more then just 1 user of my program. (It is now over one hundred customers effected.) We have verified the problem by ordering in an HP 712 and can reproduce it in our program and in the MetaCard Starter kit.
I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if they knew of a fix.
