Basic question: opening cards in their own windows...

One file many windows? Just spent 20 minutes or so trying different syntax
for opening cards (presently stored in a single stack), in their own
windows. Looks like this should be possible, but maybe not?

Can someone help?

    go to card 4 in a new window
    go to stack "Test Stack"  in a new window
