Icecream, http://icecream.sourceforge.net/, works great with streaming
media.  I filled up and entire disk from an online radio station LOL.  Saves
it to disk as mp3.  Lots of options too if you want cd length recordings.
Depending on the podcasts, it should do the trick.  Which podcasts are you
using?  The project site also has some kudos for Sean's inputs...
