I've heard people say the corporation is a mess to deal with, but the distro itself is pretty good. I haven't really dealt with the company directly; for support, I've found the folks in alt.os.linux.mandriva are generally helpful. I'd recommend it, and I'm planning on staying with Mandriva unless I find a really good reason to switch. Does this answer your question?
