All cell cameras are awful.  More MP != More Better, because the sensor
isn't getting any bigger.  I'd rather have a quality, lower MP count.
(Sensor/light physics generally say more MP on smaller sensor = more
noise and less fidelity)

You will always be tied to the vendor to get you the core android update
unless you hack the phone.  

It is VERY rare for software to REQUIRE a specific version, so long as
you're in the 2.x range you're fine.  1.6 is showing it's age to some
extent but it's still not bad.

Decide if you want a keyboard or not and go from there.  For me, it was
a must have.  I think the droid on-screen kb kind of sucks, plus it
takes up too much realestate.  Droid wins hand down.  If you don't care
about this, get the incredible, it's functionally equivalent to the
nexus.
