Sure, all you need to do is find a hosting company that has servers within
Canada. (The same way I discovered Linode had servers within the UK). :-)
Quick Google searching yielded this list of providers and their countries where
they have nodes (however it seems out of date somewhat since it doesn't show
Linode's UK offerings). Still there's a number of Canadian options:

which would seem to be a good starting point.
But "Canada VPS Hosting" would be another good google search.
