The whole point of Ubuntu is that it is suited for the non-technical
user.  If a user is comfortable with doing a lot of command line
tweaking, there are probably better distros for him.

The hyperlink is a whole website of command line fixes that indicate
that 11.04 is not ready for prime time.

New Users should clearly be steered away from 11.04.  Just looking at
the link is enough to make you want to put Windows back in your system.
