I'm pretty sure the GT3071R will spool as good if not better than a 
GT2860RS. Both come in versions with T2 style turbine inlets that bolt up to 
the FM manifold. On my 2.0l the GT3071R spools much faster than the GT2560R 
ever did on my 1.6l. The only problem I had was boost creep initially with 
the internal waste gate version. I could remove the actuator rod and safety 
wire the waste gate wide open and it would still want to make over 20psi up 
top. I ported the waste gate and can keep it a stable 12 psi now with the 
cat in, 14 psi without cat.
