mine was replaced, the ECU has a 2006 sticker on it.  It seems like the
short is coming from somewhere between the main fuse block and the ECU, so
im going to continue to dig.

I think ive narrowed the ohm readings to a mint green wire on the middle
harness, FM sent me a screen cap of the wiring schematic but i cant find
this wire on that image.
