It was at 19", and would drop down to around 6" when blipping the throttle.
It would then go up to about 21" as it came back to idle, and settle at
19".  This was all done very quickly however as I was contorting myself
under the hood to plug the t-fitting with my finger (no plug handy).  The
threads aren't sealed on the gauge yet either.
