As long as you don't mind losing the air bag there are tons of options... Momo, Sparco, Nardi, ect. I believe that the stock size is 350mm so you can decided for yourself if you want to go smaller for more leg room.
The best Hub that I have found is the WORKS BELL Hub Adapter and I know that you can get them from http://www.miataroadster.com/ you may be able to find others but make sure that they will work with the clocking spring so that the turn signals will still self cancel.
