I don't think there's a provision for the PPF with the CTS diff swap...
so it won't be easy to swap between the CTS and the Mazda rear. And, if you are doing this for MPG, you are going to end up spending a lot more for any conversion than you will ever make up at the fuel pump. Besides, doesn't swapping diff's all the time sound really ponderous? If you just want taller gearing, why not do the 6 speed 3.63 swap or the taller quaife gears as already suggested? -Chuck Eric McCord wrote:
