For no boost you have to remove the turbo.  If you want just a little,
then disconnecting the FM solenoid and plumbing the can right to the
intake will give you minimum boost (whatever the can is set for).
Disconnecting the can will give you infinite boost (right up until
something flies out the side of the engine).

I kept my original header and just swap out the turbo for the stock
header.  It's loud as all get-out with the FM turbo exhaust, but then
I just look/sound like a poser with a loud exhaust.  I figure that you
can tweak the Link to pass smog, but it's just as easy to swap out the
injectors, air box and ECU and get it smogged.
