Straight piece of pipe, cut at 45 degrees, weld the two angled parts together. Use bead-form to put bead on end and weld to radiator. Built two custom radiators myself in the home shop this way. Cut-n-weld mandrel bent aluminum pipe for the not-so-tight space stuff.
