I would have suggested angle cutting straight pipe, but I didn't think you'd want to invest a few hundred bucks in a bead roller like Ashraf ;-) Can you find somebody to tig it for you for less than the cost of the pre-made ones?

NMC After much calling, screwing around and very little progress (Griffin was the best fit, but $$$ comes into play I think.. thanks Bill for that lead tho) I realized that is going to be the cheapest/fastest bet. It's water, a little 45/45 corner isn't that big of an issue plus I can get very tight to the end tank this way. Plus straight pipe is $1.25 a foot vs. $24+ a corner plus time plus whatever. Thanks! Straight piece of pipe, cut at 45 degrees, weld the two angled parts together. Use bead-form to put bead on end and weld to radiator. Built two custom radiators myself in the home shop this way. Cut-n-weld mandrel bent aluminum pipe for the not-so-tight space stuff. --Ashraf
