It's usually an easy fix. Take the pulley back off, the broken bolt will  
probably come out by hand.

1990 with 193k on this orig motor.  I think I  did a good job with the 
loctite, but taking it apart to get this fastener  out feels like a bad 
idea.  Continuing without fixing it seems like a  bad idea...
