Thanks. I'm going to take the pulley off tonight and hope I can twist the fastener out by hand. If it's not accessible, I'll post some reviews of broken fastener removal tools.

You'll definitely want to fix it. It's been my experience that with only three bolts, you'll have the pulley come off the crank fairly quickly.
