When I files a claim on my car, all I had to do was provide them with receipts for the aftermarket parts. My agent told me to have all those receipts handy in case there were needed. The insurance adjuster could obviously see that I did not have OEM wheels too. Farmers never gave it a second thought.

If you were not asked, then you are probably OK. If you were asked and responded incorrectly, then they may try to deny a claim on the grounds that you acquired the insurance under false pretenses. If, for example, you have custom rally stripes and get hit in the front and part of the stripe needs to be replaced, along with the damage to the non-custom paint work, then you may have to pay for the stripes. Policies usually cover what is reasonable and customary. You should have the claim paid, no problem, but look for them to drop you or up your rates if they find out your car is modified. _______________________________________________ Miatapower mailing list [email protected] http://list.miatapower.net/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/miatapower _______________________________________________ Miatapower mailing list [email protected] http://list.miatapower.net/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/miatapower
