Agreed. For those doing translations, priority should be a
combination of stability of the content and interest on the part of
the translator. This is, after all, a volunteer effort.
Of course. I'm only suggesting that -- for folks interesting in
helping out without necessarily having a preference, we could suggest
-- for example -- translating the process page before, say, a
brainstorming page.

A brainstorming page is a good idea. We could keep a list of the
translators, as well as the pages each one want to translate and the
pages that "need"[1] to be translated.
[1] Just like Ryan said, "priority should be a combination of stability
of the content and interest on the part of the translator".
