You just need to edit the page <http://microformats.org/wiki/
MediaWiki:Loginsuccess> and add a [[how-to-play]] link so the user
who just have logged in will see it.
Done.
However, if you want to include the link in the form, before the
login, you'll have to edit MediaWiki source code.
I'll look into this later.
