Hello Midgardians,

I've read Midgard members concerns on the lists. Here is the
proposed "offical" agenda. Of course, these are just guidelines to try
to cover all topics and I guess many discussions will continue beyond
the proposed schedule.

Here is Aurora's proposal to organize Midgard Developers' meeting

Paris, June 2000 Saturday 24th / Sunday 25th

Address:
  AURORA S.A.
  69-71 Avenue Pierre Grenier
  92100 Boulogne-Billancourt
  FRANCE

Access / Map : See David Guerizec's messages

Meeting points:
- Hotel Olympic at 9:45 am with David Guerizec for people who stay
there,
- Aurora offices at 10 am for all (2nd tip: a sky surfer picture on the
door).

Schedule:

Saturday 24th June
------------------

10H00 - 10H30 : Welcome

10H30 - 13H00 : Midgard 1.4
- New features in Midgard 1.4
Midgard developers will introduce / explain version 1.4 main new
features
(Repligard, sitegroups, snippets, calendar, templates, ...).
- What must be done / improved in Midgard 1.4 for documentation, VMUC,
admin site, installation.
- Midgard for newbies: If there is a need for it, a Midgard informal
presentation / demo for newbies could be done by David Guerizec.
Also, a decision of "freezing" 1.4 development of new features should
also be undertaken in order to quickly put more ressources on version 2.
