I'm interested in putting a MT device in place for a couple of reasons. I'll try to be as descriptive as possible. I'm looking for a recommendation on the cheapest (damn budget) solution to achieve what I'm looking for.
Needs to process 50-100Mb of traffic. Prefer passthrough ports in case device loses power. Will be inspecting traffic and doing protocol analysis. Mangling traffic based on src/dst IP and changing/adding DSCP values. Is that enough for a recommendation?
