Hallo orang Bogor ??? udah pernah cobain combro yang didepan Hero ?
Lokasi nya pas keluar toll bogor (terminal Baranangsiang) belok kiri,
pas didepan Hero ada gerobak jual pisang goreng, gandasturi dan
combro. Saya coba beli combronya, wah……wuenakkkkkk………..gila.
Isinya kayaknya campuran oncom dan tempe , pake cabe rawit ijo
diiris-iris. Singkongnya juga empuk enak…deh. Harganya Rp.
1200,-/biji.
Besoknya saya langsung coba buat, saya coba2 singkong parutnya saya
peras, jadi airnya keluar, hasilnya…..waduh……….. kerasnya.
Biasanya aku bikin combro gak pernah aku peras, tapi jadi combronya
jadi basah dan lembek. Kemarin aku coba2 aja diperas . Padahal
isinya udah mirip sama yang di Bogor , wuenak….rek.
Ada yang tau gak gimana bikin singkong parut untuk combro biar enak
gak lembek dan gak keras. Apa tergantung singkongnya juga kali ya….
Apa ada bahan campuran lainnya ??
