Thank you Craig, for straightening out that mistake.  I have no idea
why that Findlaw syllabus is not up to date.  It's the first time I've
ever known Findlaw to be wrong and I've been using them for many
years.  Here is the link to the DC vs Heller case.  It's an
interesting read and so are the dissents.
