This is irrelevant. Our arguments have not be based on the constitution. The constitution has been brought up, but not as defense to the ownership of guns, or the right to defend oneself. It just so happens that our law guarantees the right. However, since this is a philosophy/debate group, we are more than willing to debate the right to gun ownership on its own merits.
