yes, and I am speaking in general terms here, not about your personal beliefs. Most of us go through life with background beliefs about government because it rarely effects us directly, unless we are working in it or for it etc. I will put it this way, if you knew you had only 5 more minutes to live, what would you choose to include in your experience of those 5 minutes. For most of us, those 5 minutes wouldn't include anything related to government, and the mask of government and how it supports us would fall away. If you surveyed 100 people on the street, and asked them what they thought about government (putting aside the fact that a street in front of a prison would yield different results than a street in front of a government building) you would get a wide variety of responses, as we all hold different beliefs about government, different masks.
