Good day Lee,

Proteins are the toughest thing to digest. Amino acids are in a lot of
fruits and vegetables, ready for your body to use.
There are 9 essential amino acids. Two (that I remember, my favorites)
that contain all 9 essentials are bananas and potatoes w/peel.
I think the Beef Producers are probably involved in the
misconception :-)
I do eat all kinds of meat, but normally just once a week to keep the
digestive capability.
