Pleasure is a need being fulfilled.  A serial killer has the same
needs as we do, he just goes about them in a way that inteferes with
other's needs in the worst way.  Sure it's scary, we don't want to
die  It's also easy to understand intellectually.  But there are
different levels of understanding, true understanding is when you can
envision yourself doing it, grok?
