I'm lucky that I can have a bit of a bender and then climb back on the
wagon for months Francis. I find myself depressed with a lack of hope
in the world and my own inability not to care and some desperate need
for purpose - something I can't find in claptrap or science. To be in
control often feels like the opposite to me - to have accepted much
that is unacceptable.
