I'd have to say that would depend on how they are repeating them and
characterizing them.  If they are taking my words and reshaping the
thought in their own words, perhaps expanding on the idea, that is
fine.  If they are taking my words verbatim and giving me credit for
them, that too is fine.  However, if they are simply plagiarizing my
words and claiming them as their own, no that is definitely not fine,
not right, no proper and definitely against the copyright laws.
