I understand your view Slip, yet, even with term limits, in the US at least the reelection of incumbents is in the high 90 percentile, no? And, again as apparently preferable as one person, one vote is, with the use of propaganda today and the ability to fix elections easily, having a little buffer built into the system still has its place. Notice that I didn’t bring up the small state issue nor some of the original views that ‘the people’ were too ignorant to be given the vote.
