You evidently do not allow for sub-humans- a definite category of our
human family- those who have less control over their behavior than
domesticated animals. It takes several generations to raise them up.
It starts with an unhealthy or diseased mother birthing a child who
will be raised on poor nutrition and never develops a healthy brain or
body. Several programs in the past have addressed this issue. "Foreign
Exchange with Daljit Dhaliwal" had a segment on rape, murder and
cannabalism going on currently in the Congo which reminded me of this
but it exists in various stages all around the globe from crime sheets
to massacres to holocausts.
