Mentioning Jesus and Budda seems like a normally dangerous thing to
mention in one breath in a group. I don't know how many
fundamentalists are in here, but they might take exception with that.
My problem with those two is that the didn't appear to write their
own material. Assuming they were indeed real "men" (not in the beer
commecial sense) I am of the uninformed opinion that they were simply
wise men. Unfortunatley their adoring fans and the "reporters" who
wrote what they said may have got it wrong.
I don't trust hearsay evidence, but they may have discovered or as
some might say "be on to something" with their philosophies of life.
I suspect it is a different message than what got hijacked in the
mainstream religions. Some key distinctions may be missing or
altered. You?

I believe you mentioned "intelligence" on more than one occasion, in
reference to this "god" (for discussion sake, let's go with the term
god)
I think we need to define that more. Is this intelligence
"interactive?"
In other words does it change according to what life does, or does it
simply plow away with it's cause?
