The simple plan is to establish a point of common understanding with a universal symbol for the connection in our minds that is common to mankind.
BLitTeR - 'acknowledge the Feeling', would be that point of common understanding. What has to be done is very simple, "Teach the World a Word". The logistics of accomplishing that, would be a monumental task. Man, I know it's hard to comprehend.
