It was really the final discussion in these videos between the two physicists, about the moment of inspiration, and how they would love to know the process so that it can be recreated. It made me laugh, and I found it to be typically scientific. Yet I also felt great empathy because as a writer, I find that I am sometimes not in the zone that will bring inspired words to the page. I know I am not alone, the muse can be evasive. The alpha-theta brainwave zone as some would say. Remembering the feeling and exhilaration will sometimes take me there. What is your feeling of being inspired?
