What is your feeling of being inspired?

It happens when it happens, I have never been able to force it, but
sitting down and going through the motions sometimes results in a
spark.

Others can certainly inspire me but not necessarily inspire me to do
anything, like be creative myself, which is my most important mission
in life. I am not saying that is what I should do, in fact I don't
have a clue what I "should" do with my life, I am just saying it is
at the core of me, and it cannot be escaped from or denied, so I do
it. I love to create. It doesn't matter what form it takes, or what
media, I have to do it every waking moment in one way or another. You?

You seem to be primarily interested in "insight" judging from the
handfulls of posts I have read.
But being a writer, as you are, creativity must certainly be a
factor. Putting together words is a thrilling act of creation isn't
it? I would guess that when it "hits" it is a frenzy of creative
energy. It is for me. I like the mania of it, the focus, the
intensity. Time flys by. Hours become minutes. Even if it falls
flat after reflection, it was wonderful while I was in it. I was
alive.
