What you consider "easy" is amazing! I only have about 63.7 million
questions arise from that, but let's start with one or two...
Who would "deliver" all the things that people need? You said "they
have access" does that mean you transport yourself to the farm to
harvest your food?
What motivation would the drug maker or anyone else have to do their
job? They would be quite busy getting their free "access" to things
they need it would seem to me.
I find your explanation physically, morally, and practically
unworkable.
