Yes I did indeed give this some pondering time last night and my
pondering lead me to the conclusion that perhaps what Vam is talking
about is what we call the soul.

There may be something in what you say Allan, there may not be.  The
problem I have with your interpretation is really just this bit:

We know for example that when we mix certian chemicals together we can
get all sorts of reactions, we know also that when we add electricity
into the mix then all sorts of weird and wonderfull things can
happen.  So it is not beyond the realms of possiblity that all of the
cells in the brain along with the chemical cocktail and electricity
can and I suggest does create conciousness.

A further reason why I say this is because I do not belive that the
soul is in any way made of matter.
