My point too Richard, if made through provocation rather than reason. We have yet another miscarriage coming up 25 years after the fact and it looks so absurd as to beggar belief. I know as a former detective that cases are either very obvious (yet still take massive bureaucratic resources to deal with) or leave you wondering whether any fiction writer ever dealt with a real case, and, more importantly, makes you feel as though the colleagues from various agencies around you give a damn about fair play and justice as regard for real evidence flies out of the window.
