Yes, agreed! Good and evil are our perspectives of events that are seen within a limited context (usually down to our profound lack of omniscience). The whole context, that of the entire universe, is beyond our ability to perceive, so our perspectives will, almost assuredly, be incomplete. To 'The One', there are many things that have to happen in order to get the universe to where He wants it to go, and it will go where HE wants it to go. Some of those events will be seen by us 'mere humans' as absolutely horrific, yet, because we don't know what result (say 1000 years down the line...or even 100...or even 10) was intended, we won't know just how necessary that event was. The classic example of this is the murder of a child. Most would say it was evil. Yet, if you name said child as 'Adolf Hitler', you will get several who would immediately change their minds and see that the murder of one 'seemingly innocent' child could protect the lives of millions of people years later. Yet, there's another camp who realise that, in fact, the millions (who, by the time of THIS writing, have already died) unfortunately were required to die. I HOPE that their deaths serve to remind us humans about the horrors of such tradgedies and that they serve to remind us, forever, of just how NOT to act. That is, they serve as a good example of bad behaviour. And, sad as it may seem, sometimes we ignorant humans (and, of course, I lump myself into that category) need good 'bad examples' to serve as reminders of just how NOT to act. If we were bright, we'd learn from history, but we don't seem to, so we get the constant reminders. Would that we all would spiritually evolve, as you say, Vam. We'd ALL be far better off. > On Jun 19, 1:38 am, "pol.science kid" <[email protected]> wrote: > > > > > There are a lot of discusions about good and bad.. and right and > > wrong...and wat is moral or immoral..but wat i was wondering was .. is > > it really posible to put people into the category of good people and > > bad people...which are the most primary and significant roles played > > by him/her(how he/she plays it) decide his being a moral or immoral > > person.... i will give the most common examples..
