Over the years my views have evolved. From a childhood acceptance to a more developed view. I agree with you humanity does better with emotional support. People's beliefs are their choice as it should be. Personally I believe the body is nothing more than a shell that allows the soul to function in this reality. I do believe each soul is responsible for the actions of the body.. As for guardian angels, I am heading toward the idea of "soul" friends to assist you with dealing with life in this reality. ¿Why not? . I find myself at semi odds with Vam on reincarnation. Personally I think that the Soul continues on in it's ¿Spiritual? Journey from exactly the same point (spiritually)@ the body was at when the soul left it's host body.. I do believe there is a period of confusion partly due to religious teaching and lack of understanding. I was surprised (more shocked) at my Dad's death when I went to ask for his forgiveness and to let him know I had forgiven him. I actually think my is extremely cool and never told him, (I don't think I really knew how) What surprised me (my son Ben was there. ) As I looked at my Dad,,, including his soul there was also my friend known as patches there were several (10 - 12) plus Pebbles my dog who passed on earlier. (Surprise)
I almost like he was being ¿Re? introduced to the community of souls that supports me in my walk and I am part of. It was a fascinating experience to which I really don't have express.
