For frequency, it is a matter of configuration. Due to buildbot
shortages and bandwidth issues, it probably is doable to make
stable/testing snapshot sources, rather than binaries.

The current daily snapshot against trunk will remain as it is, it will
be treated as the "dev" snapshot.

Nightstrike? Can you make buildbot upload bi-weekly or even monthly
snapshots? I don't think they really need to be built, just the
mingw-w64 source packages.
