I've just resent the patches, creating a new version for windowsapp where necessary to avoid pollution. I've sent them as a series because of Makefile.am, but they aren't actually interdependent.
The "remove" patches are for the most part for b14caf2016, which added API set functions to mincore that should have been excluded from windowsapp. Steve, you might want to have a look at the psapi patch. You added K32QueryWorkingSet and K32QueryWorkingSetEx in 9cd1a0be3a a few months ago, but as far as I can see they're not in the official windowsapp, only mincore (version 10.0.19041.0).
