Yes. Most likely symptomatic of a less than robust ground between the engine, chassis and battery. I added a direct connection, made from the biggest (gage wise) "generic" battery cable I could find, which runs from the battery negative terminal to one of the tranny->block mounting bolts. Cost me about 5 bucks and is worth a million!
