Adding map sensor to the badger 5 is very easy, you tap a vacuum line off each throttle body downstream of the butterfly and then tie in all four tubes into a central chamber, then output from that chamber to the MAP sensor.
This same thread just went around on the hardcore forum. As for the knock sensor, your 16v already has it, use the stock knock setup but separate it from the motronic harness. Or use and earlier cis-e knock setup with the early distributor and Scirocco or GTI cis-e knock brain.
